Program Details:
NEWBIES: In 4 sessions you’ll learn the basics of wheel throwing, glazing, have some fun, and complete a couple of pieces.
ARTISTS & POTTERS: I will be your ceramics coach for 4 sessions which will be tailored to you. Your pots will be lovingly cared for between our sessions so they will be at the perfect stage for what we are working on that day.
TEACHERS: Receive 10 Professional Development Points after completing 1.5 rounds of the below detailed workflow. Ask your district about reimbursement! See my DESE credentials here.
Course is $400 and includes:
* Materials and firing fees
* Certificate of completion for MA Teachers
* Private access to my Community Arts Database
* Access to my Private Pottery Group Chat with other artists and students.

In addition to 4 private lessons you will gain lifetime access to my Private Pottery Group Chat and Community Art Ed Database.
Lessons 1 & 2 are 90 minutes each and we will be throwing on the wheel
Lesson 3 is 60 minutes and we’ll be trimming the extra clay off of your pieces after they have dried a bit
Lesson 4 is also 60 minutes and we’ll be glazing your work after it has been fired for the first time.
* Experienced potters will follow a similar schedule but have lesson plans tailored to their skills and interests.
* Teachers seeking PDP points will have 7.5 hours in the studio and 2.5 hours independent work time for a total of 10 Professional Development Points. Investment: $600 Contact your district about receiving reimbursement
